At 00:35, NDSART were called by Devon & Cornwall Police to locate a missing person around Launceston.
With the support of East Cornwall Search & Rescue Team, four hill parties and a search dog team were deployed with Police officers to search the streets, woodland and fields around the town.
Both Search and Rescue teams were stood down at 06:11 in the morning and Police continued their investigations for the missing person.
The missing person was later found safe and returned home.
