In the early hours of Tuesday morning, the team was notified of a high risk missing male in the Exeter area.
The team deployed to the area and supported by 2x Mountain Rescue Search Dogs England air scenting dogs.
The search covered some difficult ground, in freezing conditions.
The team was stooddown at approx 5am, whilst the police continued thier investigation.
