Callout this afternoon, for a male with a broken leg.
The suprise was that he did it last night whilst wild camping in just east of Great Nodden.
He had managed to get back to his tent, but the phone battery was flat, so he could not raise the alarm.
Finally mid this afternoon a walker passing by, heard his cries for help, they investigated the tent and raised the alarm.
Working along side the swast paramedic’s, the team stretchered him back to an awaiting ambulance.
