The team were called out by Devon & Cornwall Police at around 0930.
The tasking was to search for a missing 10-year-old girl in the Exeter area.
Teams were deployed around the parts of Exeter in efforts to locate the missing person. This included a dog team, Mark and SD Tio, as well as a number of foot hill-party teams.
The team worked with Urban Search & Rescue, Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service, Police Helicopter NPAS, Police Drone Team, HM Coastguard and, of course, the Police to help locate them.
The team was searching for around 3 hours and, fortunately, the missing person was found, safe and well.
It was a great multi-agency effort of which it had an excellent outcome – well done to all those involved.
